100 Wrestlers NOT In WWE Hall Of Fame - Ranked

13. CM Punk

Not In WWE Hall Of Fame

Why They SHOULD Be In:

By any metric WWE could apply to their ropey criteria for the Hall Of Fame, CM Punk would qualify as a lead inductee. A multi-time topline Champion, genuine needle-mover and over-achieving all-rounder, he transformed WWE's in-ring style when few others would have, but left before it bore enough fruits for him to benefit.

Why They AREN'T In:

The past few years have seen yet more bridges rebuilt between previously-extricated performers, but Punk remains near the top of the sh*tlist thanks to an ugly lawsuit and the aggressive acrimony around his sudden 2014 departure.
