Why They SHOULD Be In:

Lex Luger has been called "overrated" so many times that he is now, by default, one of wrestling's most underrated performers ever. He was a stellar worker in his admittedly short prime. Yes, he failed as a top-level WWE babyface, but his NWA run was outstanding and he had considerable charisma too. It's a shame that history won't be particularly kind to him; he deserves more than his current reputation.

Why They AREN'T In:

The general mood surrounding Lex and his career remains negative, and he left WWE in the worst possible way when he jumped ship to WCW in 1995.
