ECW changed the game, and as its architect, Heyman's position should be secure. He revealed himself a genius-level booker in creating a viable '90s alternative to WCW and WWE, and his promotion's innovative, exciting approach to pro-wrestling still reverberates today. Heyman is one of the all-time great wrestling managers on top of this, and a vital part of Brock Lesnar's act today.

Why They AREN'T In:

Heyman has never been shy of criticising WWE when not employed by Vince McMahon, and he and the Chairman have butted heads several times in the past.
