The Undertaker is Vince McMahon's greatest creation. A legendary gimmick that really shouldn't have worked, the character has survived countless era changes to remain relevant for close to 30 years. On top of this, Mark Calaway is an adaptable, loyal company man, a long-time headliner, a locker-room leader, and one of the most respected guys around.

Why They AREN'T In:

WWE are probably biding their time to make sure he's actually retired being giving Big Mark McCool the call.
