100 Wrestlers NOT In WWE Hall Of Fame - Ranked
86. Michael Cole
Why They SHOULD Be In:
On tenure alone, Michael Cole has become the "voice of WWE", being on the booth for at least one of the company's telecasts from his debut in 1997. His role behind the scenes has only increased in importance over the years, and audiences were also quick to note how much his style shifted once Triple H took over creatively after Vince McMahon resigned in disgrace.
Why They AREN'T In:
Presumably just because he's still actively front-and-centre. WWE inducted Jim Ross when he was still Monday Night Raw's anchor, but controversially shifted him from his seat soon afterwards. There might still be the in-built belief that the honour denotes the beginning of the end.
