A former ECW World Heavyweight Champion that was mildly underrated as WWE utility player Aldo Montoya in the years prior, time has been awfully kind to the cheesier aspects of Justin Credible's aesthetic and what it meant to be a working stooge in a company that took itself as seriously as that one did.

Why They AREN'T In:

Wrestling history has rather cruelly forgotten about him. Hundreds of hours on the Network used to stand as a monument to his work, but the whole point of this particular Hall Of Fame era is just to give people a nice night - he's as worthy as anybody else.
