A former Women's Champion during something of a desperate time for the former "Divas" division, Layla was over in spite of both no booking and bad booking as part of Lay-Cool. And that part's key - her partner Michelle McCool got a 2025 nod in the hall, and both were undeniably vital to the success of the act. However...

Why They AREN'T In:

WWE might not see it that way. McCool's had calls for Royal Rumbles and sit-down pieces on her time, and has had the story of being told off for fighting "like a man" attributed to her and her alone. The Layla erasure might be completely accidental, but it's notable nonetheless.
