Why They SHOULD Be In:

They're the greatest stable in modern WWE history, and, really, one of the best groups the sport has ever seen. Each is a former World Champion, each has earned as much success in the singles ranks as they did as a group, and each in their own way managed to forge the change they wanted to see - in both reality and kayfabe.

The Shield are as close to a dead lock as you'll find anywhere, with only one small caveat...

Why They AREN'T In:

Multi-time AEW Champion and top draw Jon Moxley might be a little too entrenched the opposition just now. One day, when that's less the case, they're in.
