The botch of the year is too insider for WWE to put on television, but it is something that smart fans would love to see discussed. One candidate that immediately springs to mind is Paige, given that botching is such a regular thing in her matches. Eva Marie's sloppy work is also a fine candidate. But when it comes down to it, one incident really stands out this year. At NXT Brooklyn, Emma accidentally pinned Becky Lynch, meaning she won a fatal four way match that she wasn't actually booked to win. You could see the startled confusion on her face, as well as the anger from her opponents. Whether it was Lynch's fault for not kicking out, or Emma's pin style, who knows, but the ref counted three.
