11 Best Wrestlers To Defeat WWE Champion Brock Lesnar

10. Wade Barrett

Does Wade Barrett have some bad news for Brock Lesnar? Highly doubtful, but it would be fun if he did. Management seems to be higher on Barrett that they have been since his run in The Nexus with his latest gimmick. He€™s got a good look, he€™s solid in the ring, and he€™s a blast on the microphone. Fans seem to be having fun with his bad news lines, so a transition to the babyface side could be inevitable anyway. If Barrett was built back up as an in-ring threat, he may be one of the few men on the roster that fans would buy as a physical challenge to Lesnar. He's got the credibility from his days as a bare-knuckle and could have a great, physical contest with the current champion. With WWE pushing younger and younger talent these days, if they€™re going to get serious about Barrett (34-years-old) then now would be the time. Barrett has proved that he can hang in the main event scene, and he€™s just too talented to be held in the Intercontinental Title range forever. Due to hardcore fans being on the Bad News train, he probably wouldn€™t suffer the backlash that others would face from being the one to defeat Lesnar.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
