11 Disparaging Things WWE Did To The Guerrero Family

6. Shaul Guerrero Renamed Racquel Diaz

Shaul Guerrero, aka Racquel Diaz, is the eldest daughter of Vickie and Eddie. She started work with WWE in 2010 and instantly caught attention the FCW developmental territory. She was continuing the Guerrero lineage of great wrestlers and turned heads in matches with the likes of Paige and AJ Lee. It really looked like she'd be a top WWE Diva, she had the trademark Guerrero ability and looked sexy which is always important for any aspiring Diva. However, WWE changed her name, thus killing her opportunity to continue the Guerrero legacy. It gets worse. WWE released her in September 2012, only to bring her back in September 2013. Reportedly that was because of her education studies, but then just a few months later and WWE released her again. That pretty much killed the career of the next generation Guerrero. She later commented that she left WWE due to an eating disorder. Is that really a reason for WWE to release someone? Was the best help available a release for her to figure out this illness on her own?
