11 Reasons WWE Raw Isn't Really In Crisis

9. Creative Dips Are Regular

Fans are complaining about Raw creative being horrible in recent weeks, rightfully so. But this isn't a new thing. Raw creative has been consistently bad for over a decade. Ever since Vince McMahon lost the plot in 2001, things have never really been all that hot on the creative front. Calling the recent creative duds a crisis is wrong. They are just part of a longer term inefficiency with that part of the business. In fact, creative in WrestleMania season this year was arguably worse than what creative has been in the fall. Think back to Reigns doing a tug of war with Lesnar over the belt, or John Cena turning Rusev from heel killer to comedy mid-carder. Bad creative is just the norm for Raw. Fans are used to it, and some even take great pleasure in it. A crisis in the Raw writing department isn't anything more than it always is.
