9. Less Stephanie McMahon
The Divas revolution never had a chance, not when the opening chapter started with Stephanie McMahon. For reasons that can only be ego, she was placed as the instigator of the revolution. What had been a natural movement in NXT, was instantly re-cast as a phoney WWE storyline. Fans instantly saw through it and turned on it. They didn't want to get behind Stephanie's revolution, she is after all a heel and part of the machine that has suppressed women's wrestling in the past. A.J Lee even called her out on not supporting women. For Steph to now fancy herself as the saviour of WWE's women, it is just opportune fantasy. Legitimacy got the movement over in NXT, so let's have some legitimacy on the Raw booking of the women. WWE should never mention Stephanie again in relation to the women, instead concentrate on the wrestling doing the talking.
