11 Things We Learned From CM Punk's Latest Oral Sessions Appearance

9. "Them"

When listening to this 45-minute chat between CM Punk and Renee Paquette, it's notable that Punk doesn't once refer to WWE by name.

The topic of WWE loosely comes up in conversation at several points during this chat, but the Second City Saint forever refers to Vince McMahon's sports entertainment juggernaut as "them" or simply as the place he used to work.

Of course, the relationship between CM Punk and WWE is one that had plentiful ups and downs over the years, culminating with the Straight-Edge Superstar eventually walking away from the company in 2014. Following that walk-out, Punk infamously received his termination papers on the day of his wedding to AJ Mendez, aka AJ Lee.

That wasn't the end of this frosty relationship, mind, for there would also be a lawsuit between WWE doctor Chris Amann and the duo of CM Punk and Colt Cabana; a lawsuit that Punk and Cabana would eventually win, but a lawsuit that ultimately caused these two long-time friends to suffer a major falling out.

Given his lack of mentioning WWE by name on Oral Sessions, it's clear that CM Punk still doesn't have all that much time for his former employer.
