11 Things We Learned From Ultimate Warrior's Wife On Talk Is Jericho
8. Why People Were Drawn To Warrior
Jericho talks about what a big wrestling fan he was in the 1980s and says that Warrior was one of the guys he was drawn to. He says that when he first came on the scene he loved his energy and intensity, as well as the fact that he had actual "cool hair" rather than the traditional pro wrestling mullets that dominated the scene at that time. He adds that although he was only in the WWE for a short period of time, he made an impression on anyone who ever saw him. Dana thanks him and says that that gave her chills. She mentions how guys from her era were drawn to him and she credits that to him coming off like a comic book character come to life. She says that he brought color and coolness to his character, and then adds how awesome the 1980s were. She says that she's so appreciative when hearing wrestlers speak positively of her husband. Jericho also tosses out that Zakk Wylde is an obsessive Warrior fan and Dana freaks out with excitement.
