11 Things We Learnt From 'Being The Elite' So Far

9. The Bucks Are Family Men

Scenes of Matt's daughter cheering "this is awesome" looking at his Never Openweight Championship belt, or her first birthday party juxtaposed with their epic match at All-Star Extravaganza, make for real heartwarming moments.

As brothers on the road together, constantly by each other's side, wrestling around the world, it's no real wonder that they have unbelievable chemistry. Five-time IWGP Jr tag, four-time PWG, and two-time ROH tag champs, their brotherhood has been a huge part of motivating them towards success.

As bearers of gold, the future only seems to hold more for the Elite, especially as Kenny heads towards Wrestle Kingdom next year.

As part of their kinship it's obvious that Nick doesn't feel the same on the road without Matt. Episode nine is the first time you see them apart, where Matt is on vacation with his family in Hawaii working on his "shoot tan and amazing sideburns", and Nick continues to wrestle Ring of Honor shows with Adam Page and Adam Cole.

While Nick and Matt are phenomenal wrestlers in their own right, they are an unmatched force as a tag team thanks to their strong relationship. But family will always be of the utmost importance. They're human after all.
