In a most bizarre and unprecedented turn of events, WWE is producing their first ever movie based on the life of a wrestler currently under contract. Fighting with My Family will tell the tale of Paige's breakthrough into the WWE from humble beginnings, with the terrific Florence Pugh (Lady Macbeth) playing the retired superstar.

In addition to Nick Frost and Lena Headey co-starring as Paige's parents, Zelina Vega will appear as AJ Lee, and Dwayne Johnson will cameo as himself, if only to help push the box office appeal a little (he's also producing the movie, you see).

Stephen Merchant writes and directs, so this certainly has promise, though with the involvement of WWE Studios it'll certainly be a squeaky clean hagiography rather than the warts-and-all document many fans will crave.
