Ever since John Cena's original The Marine tanked at the box office, the series has eked out a dubious living on the straight-to-video market, with The Miz commanding the last three instalments (after Ted DiBiase Jr. starred in the second film) and now his fourth.

The Marine 6: Close Quarters will see The Miz's Jake Carter joining forces with another former Marine, Luke Trapper (Michaels), to rescue a kidnapped girl from an international gang, headed by the vicious Maddy Hayes (Lynch).

The brief trailer released to date again suggests that The Miz is a natural for this kind of a movie, while HBK couldn't look much less at-home with a gun in his hands. Lynch, meanwhile, has a history of stunt work, so should ensure she's totally credible as the primary, a**-kicking antagonist.

None of The Marine movies are seriously any good, but they can be fun for a few chuckles. The fact this one features Lynch beating the snot out of HBK probably makes it worth a watch.
