10. Climbing The Ladder

The perfect opener to the pay-per-view proper with two intriguing title encounters to follow later, the Women's Money In The Bank Match carried too the heft of the Ashley Massaro tribute graphic that appeared before the start of the show proper.

Massaro represented an entirely different time for the division - one that couldn't have imagined a pay-per-view with three hugely important women's matches, let alone two featuring WrestleMania main eventers and one allowing eight to go to war with massive ladders.

Individual fights with the implements were - ghoulishly - the most exciting moments in perhaps the most enjoyable female iteration of the match thus far. It had the lot; Naomi's bee gear foreshadowed the sting of her smoothest shots, Bayley took a wicked accidental shot of from a falling ladder before being brutally sandwiched between one, Nikki Cross' cartoon character suited the chaos, Natalya and Ember Moon asserted their power advantage with gruesome moves onto stationery ladders, whilst Carmella literally limped out of action at the halfway mark with an undisclosed injury to sell the drama.

Moon's outside-in Eclipse capped off a spectacular multi-woman tease before Bayley toppled the flailing Fire & Desire pair to take the briefcase and maybe, maybe salvage what remains of her main roster run.
