11 WWE Wrestlers You Didn’t Know Appeared In WCW

6. Ahmed Johnson

Ahmed Johnson was one of those superstars that Vince pushed to the moon because of his size, but he just lacked the "it factor" to connect with the audience. Johnson eventually left the WWF in 1999 for the greener pastures of WCW, participating in a dreadfully forgettable storyline with Booker T over the rights to the Harlem Heat name, where he tagged with former Harlem Heat member Stevie Ray. His WCW run was just plainly awful, and not the most preferred way to end one's career. It was also around this time that Johnson was having weight problems, having gained a considerable amount of bulk by the time he signed with WCW. His weight problems eventually resulted in his release from the company and his quiet retirement from the wrestling business, although he now works to train future superstars at Booker T's wrestling academy and has occasionally wrestled some independent events.
