There's a good reason Goldberg uses a spear as a finisher. (And it's not just because he can't do many other wrestling moves.) Our Bill served as defensive tackle for the Georgia Bulldogs, before being successively drafted to the LA Rams in 1990. His two-year stint with the Atlanta Falcons in 1994 brought him closer to WCW's doors, and when a tear to his abdomen ended his time on the field, the Power Plant was waiting with open arms.
