12 Biggest WWE Championship Change Squashes

10. Hulk Hogan vs. Yokozuna - WWF Title (WrestleMania 9)

http://youtu.be/Qk1nLeZoN4c?t=5m18s It€™s hard to call this a match, but since it was not only a match, but a WWE title match, then it definitely has to qualify as a squash. Yokozuna had just defeated Bret Hart in the main event of WrestleMania IX when he and Mr. Fuji decided to give the fans a special double main event. They offered Hogan (who has presumably come out to check on his blinded friend Hart) an immediate title match, which Hogan obliged. The bell never really rang, and if it was a real match, Fuji throwing salt in a competitor€™s eyes (even it was his own charge) should have led to a DQ. But it didn€™t, and in a matter of seconds, Hogan was leaving WrestleMania IX as the five-time champ. The good times wouldn€™t last for Hogan, as a few months later, Yokozuna would literally squash Hulk after winning the title back and send Hogan packing for WCW.
