12 Conclusions From WWE RAW (June 22)

The band is back together again.

Last night€™s RAW began with Brock Lesnar and his advocate, Paul Heyman doing their first official babyface promo. Brock sported an updated Suplex City t-shirt with Indianapolis replacing last week€™s Cleveland. Vince can smell potential merchandise sales a mile off, ladies and gentlemen. Get your Suplex City tee, with insert-your-hometown-here on it. Brock was on RAW to deliver apologies - one of the terms of the agreement by The Authority to lift The Beast Incarnate€™s suspension. Brock didn€™t hesitate in manning up and offering a friendly handshake to JBL, and offered the same to Michael Cole, but not before giving him a playful noogie. There was no apology and no appearance of the cameraman Lesnar assaulted, however. Perhaps he didn€™t make it. To Indianapolis. Also featured on RAW was Sheamus, who did not have sufficient time to paint his whole body green, only managing one shoulder. It was a nasty looking bruise, of course, but for a moment it looked like Finn Balor was going to have to lay the smackdown on The Celtic Warrior for gimmick infringement. RAW also saw further build for Cena vs Owens pt III, the New Day€™s continued struggles with the Prime Time Players and Neville, and the demise of JBL€™s hat, knocked off the announce table by careless superstars. Here are 12 conclusions from an action-packed show...

As a long-time WWE fan, I have always enjoyed watching men pretend to beat each other up while wearing spandex. Extra points for facepaint, none for tassels. I love all things sci-fi. If there's a 'Star' somewhere in the title, I'll probably dig it. I'm a huge football fan too. For my sins, I support Manchester United.
