12 February WWE PPV Matches That Totally Sucked

3. Big Boss Man Vs. Mideon (St. Valentine's Day Massacre)

The war between The Corporation and The Ministry of Darkness was hardly the shining example of Vince Russo's greatness as a storyteller (and he was great, despite how others may spin history) but it was a hot program that pitted Vince McMahon against The Undertaker for supremacy in WWE. Of course, with the unlikelihood that McMahon and Undertaker would actually do battle in a sanctioned match, it left their cronies to battle on their behalf. The problem? Both were heel factions comprised of, for the most part, uninteresting and limited wrestlers. At St. Valentine's Day Massacre in February 1999, The Big Boss Man battled Mideon in the latest chapter of the ongoing saga and to say the bout was less-than enthralling would be an understatement the size of the two heavyweights. Slow, plodding, full of punches and kicks, the match was a miserable display of 'entertainment' at a time when creativity in WWE was at its height. Boss Man won and the crowd rejoiced, the match no longer able to offend.
