What: Dean Ambrose suffered a "high-grade triceps tendon injury" in December last year, his doctor Jeffrey Dugas sparing us none of the grisly details in revealing that around 50% of The Lunatic Fringe's triceps tendon had been torn clean from the bone. Gross.

Expected return: An imminent Ambrose return has been rumoured nearly every week since WrestleMania, as anticipation builds about a potential heel comeback. Late August/early September now seems the most likely timeframe.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
