9. The Great Khali vs. Kane - WrestleMania XXIII

Back when he was being pushed as the biggest a** kicker we had seen, like forever, The Great Khali took on Kane in a match that was all filler, with one single dash of killer. A lot had been made of the fact that Khali had never been knocked off his feet before and even though WWE tried to rekindle the magic of Hulk Hogan's infamous body slam on Andre The Giant at Mania III, this match flopped. Spectacularly.

It was never going to be a classic. Two men of this size and weight are never going to put on a compelling catch-as-catch-can bout, but the least we could have seen was a knock down drag out brawl, and we weren't even afforded that.

Saying that, did Khali ever put on a good match during his lengthy WWE run? You have to feel sorry for the Big Red Machine here. Khali would eventually go over, pinning Kane by placing his foot on his chest.
