12 Most Memorable WrestleMania Returns Of All Time

1. Hulk Hogan - WrestleMania X8

€œHollywood€ Hogan returned to the WWE as part of the nWo at the previous month€™s Pay Per View, No Way Out 2002. However, everybody in creative seriously underestimated just what a big deal Hogan€™s return after a nine-year absence would be. The next night on Raw in Chicago, IL, he got a standing ovation before turning on the fans during his promo. The Rock subsequently challenged him to a match at WrestleMania X8 in the Toronto Skydome. The Rock had predicted a mixed reaction, but nobody could predict what happened that night. Hogan was massively cheered, even in the diabolical black-and-white colors of the nWo. After The Rock beat Hollywood, Hogan shook Rock€™s hand. Hollywood€™s nWo mates, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, took exception to Hogan€™s sportsmanship and attacked him. When Rock made the save, both men did a posedown in the center of the ring, and Hulk Hogan had officially returned. He€™d be back clad in red and yellow weeks later. Thoughts on this list?
