12 Potential WWE WrestleMania 32 Main Events

5. Triple H vs. The Rock

Triple H is a pro and would likely be one of the safest options for The Rock to step into the ring with. Triple H and The Rock also teased a match previously when the two met face-to-face in the ring at WrestleMania 31 in San Jose. With Stephanie McMahon and Ronda Rousey flanking the men, respectively, there were rumors about a mixed tag match featuring these four individuals at this year's WrestleMania. That seemed like a long shot even at the time, and is far less likely now considering Ronda Rousey's priorities, but that doesn't mean The Rock won't step into the ring with Triple H. The two have always been compared to each other throughout their WWE careers as they both made their ascent up the card (from mid-card to Intercontinental, from Intercontinental to upper mid-card, and from upper mid-card to main event stars) around the same time. While Rousey isn't likely to factor into the build of the match, there's always a possibility she could make a last-minute, WrestleMania appearance (like last year) that leads to Trips and Stephanie taking the loss. Whether Rock wrestles or not has yet to be revealed but if he does, a show-closing main event in Dallas is a very real possibility.
