12 Roster Moves WWE Must Make Right Now
11. Dolph Ziggler To Raw
If Dolph Ziggler called it a career tomorrow, no one would be surprised. But if he's going to stick around, he might as well be mixing it up with new blood and not the same stars he's already feuded with (i.e. Randy Orton, Shinsuke Nakamura, Kevin Owens, etc).
Ziggler's recent "re-debut" didn't show a ton of promise, and while he works better as a heel, he's suffering from a lack of real direction and motivation at the moment. His stint on SmackDown Live peaked when he feuded with The Miz and held the Intercontinental Championship for a few weeks, but he has been toiling away in the midcard since then.
Leaving the company altogether and finding success outside of WWE - in similar fashion to Cody Rhodes - would be Ziggler's smartest option, but in the meantime, one last run on Raw would in his best interest.
There, he can help elevate Jason Jordan (who desperately needs a few credible victories) and maybe mix it up with Roman Reigns for the first time one-on-one. He won't win a World championship on Monday nights, but at least he will have had a handful of fresh match-ups before (hopefully) departing WWE.
