Dean Ambrose is notable by his absence on the Battleground card. He's a big star and a talented worker, so you'd expect him to be turning up somewhere in the proceedings. Maybe his appearance will be a shocking heel turn. He's had a fun year as a babyface, but he really isn't progressing beyond a certain level in his current role. A switch to a heel persona could help him to reach new heights. His heel turn could come in the Reigns Wyatt match. It has been played up so much in recent weeks what good friends Roman and Dean are. It almost seems inevitable that one of them stabs the other in the back at some point. It could well be Ambrose costing Reigns his match this weekend. The other option would be Ambrose joining forces with Rollins and helping him to defeat Lesnar. There was even one rumour of Reigns going heel as well and reforming The Shield to help Rollins. Now that really would be shocking!
