1. He's Made Some Controversial Comments In The Past
Lesnar's record-breaking career has not been without controversy, as this list should have demonstrated. Although reclusive and rarely granting interviews, Lesnar has made some questionable comments on the rare occasions that he has let his guard down. Brock says what he wants and sometimes that lands him in hot water. Take, for example, the comments he made to a reporter in 2004 when he mistakenly thought a female fan was telling him that her male friend thought he was cute. Lesnar turned to the reporter and said, point blank: 'I don't like gays. Write that down in your little notebook. I don't like gays'. Straightforward and not exactly endearing, Lesnar later apologised for his comments although he didn't understand why anybody was upset. Brock also caused controversy after defeating Frank Mir at UFC 100. In the post-fight interview, Lesnar said that he was going to drink a cooler 'full of Coors Light, Coors Light because Bud Light won't pay me' and followed that up by saying that he was going to 'get on top' of his wife later in the night. UFC president Dana White let Brock have it for insulting one of the UFC's biggest sponsors and Brock had to apologise at the post-fight press conference.
