This has to be the biggest fear for the WWE. A WWE Network failure during the biggest show of the year would be catastrophic. WWE are still trying to convince the consumer that digital streaming is the future. The last thing they need in their attempt to maintain subscribers is the service breaking. That could lead to refunds, cancellations and ultimately a loss of faith in the Network. That could be a killer blow as WWE have now essentially killed the pay per view business and moved all their eggs into one basket with the 'over the top' business model.
