Austin details the old school wrestling process of trying to get a job in the business and how things have changed, with WWE looking at athletes from around the sports world, and wants to know how WWE set about reaching out to him.

Braun credits Mark Henry for being the person who made WWE aware of him. The two had gotten to know each other through strongman competitions, and Henry told WWE official Canyon Ceman to check him out, saying he wasn't like other powerlifters.

So many of his colleagues in the strongman world would just go out and lift and then head to the back, but he fed off the noise of the crowd and got a kick out of entertaining the people, which is what he thinks helped draw WWE to him.
