As a long-time buddy of Vince McMahon, Donald Trump has not only been involved with WWE TV and WrestleMania several times over the years, but Trump is also an inductee of the WWE Hall of Fame.

Make of that what you will.

Regardless of the US President's cocksure demeanour, blind arrogance, and him often outright denying the most obvious of truths, Under the Black Hat gives a glimpse into a more insecure side of Donald Trump.

This ties back to WrestleMania 23, which was where Trump backed Bobby Lashley vs. Vince McMahon's Umaga in a match with Donald and Vince's famed hair on the line. As Jim Ross explains, though, Trump was conscious of his own body, was worried of stepping into the ring, and had a leering eye for the female talent of the day.

Ross puts it, "Donald Trump was body conscious, to say the least. He arrived at our TV taping almost as fixated on the guys’ bodies as on the women’s. Almost. After a few minutes of walking around among the tightest, most ripped, tanned bodies on planet Earth, The Donald was suddenly wearing a large, heavy overcoat, even though he was clearly too hot."

Jim goes on, "Backstage, Trump’s eyes were wandering, and because of WWE’s new policy of hiring Playboy-type models for the women’s division, there were plenty of places for The Donald’s eyes to wander."

Discussing Trump's fear of getting physical, J.R. adds, "I had seldom seen a WWE guest who was as nervous about getting physical as Donald was. 'You’re going to look after me? You sure now, Vince?' Trump asked. 'I’ll bring you through it,' Vince replied. ''Cause I don’t want to look like a loser.'"
