12 Things You Didn't Know About Sting
4. He's The First Man To Be Inducted Into The TNA & WWE Hall Of Fame
In that time between refusing to join WWE post-WCW acquisition and eventually deciding to take a chance on the sports entertainment life, Sting put in a hell of a shift over in Total Nonstop Action.
Here, the respected veteran produced even more magic opposite stars like Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, and AJ Styles, showing a whole new generation exactly why he was one of the true GOATs of the business.
And after spending almost a decade as part of the TNA machine and giving his all to this WWE alternative, Sting was finally rewarded with the honour of being the first-ever inductee into the TNA Hall of Fame in 2012.
Fast forward a few years and the 'Icon' would then earn himself a place in WWE's own Hall of Fame in 2016, headlining that year's class.
This also technically made the legend the first-ever person to appear in both the TNA & WWE Hall of Fames, with Kurt Angle, Jeff Jarrett, and The Dudley Boyz eventually earning that same honour later down the road.
Who knows, if AEW ever get around to setting up their own HOF, perhaps Sting will be the first inductee into that, too - making him the first person to show up in all three separate halls.
