4. John Cena vs. HHH (WrestleMania 22)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7esVyWfUBQ John Cena was whiffing it so bad as lead babyface that fans threw their support behind Triple H, the megalomaniac who had just just finished making Raw unwatchable for four years. Whatever else Triple H was, he was a wrestler, not a jorts-clad joke, and he seized upon that in the weeks leading up to WrestleMania XXII. In retrospect, Triple H did a terrible job of playing the heel. He cracked Eminem jokes and mocked Cena for pumping up his Reeboks. He only said what many fans were thinking, yes, but he also fanned the flames that resulted in fans turning, hard, on the main event of WrestleMania. The fans in Chicago that night were not amused by either Cena's standard antics or his attempt at thematic pandering by adopting an Al Capone gimmick. The smark-heavy crowd was having none of it, and they booed every move Cena made, up to and including the match-ending STF that causing Triple H an exceedingly rare submission loss.
