In 2004, The Undertaker battled The Dudley Boyz at The Great American Bash. The big sell for the main event was that Undertaker's manager would get cemented in a glass crypt if Taker lost. Sure enough, the main event started with Paul Bearer inside a glass case. If that wasn't ridiculous enough, Undertaker fought to save his manager (and won), only to then decide that he didn't care about his manager's life. That's right, the good guy decided for no real reason to pull the cement lever that would inevitably suffocate Bearer to death in a vat of concrete. All the years Undertaker had spent with Bearer counted for nothing and he murdered his manager in front of all of our eyes. WWE later explained that Bearer had been saved after the show had gone off the air. Hence this was only an attempted murder, so we shouldn't worry too much!
