12 Times Wrestlers Failed To Make It Into The Royal Rumble Match

1. R-Truth - 2019

Clearly not content with crushing Lana's Royal Rumble dreams (and ankle) earlier in the night, Nia Jax chose to make her presence known yet again during the men's iteration of the 30 person pain party.

Carmella and R-Truth had been gifted the honour of entering their respective Rumbles at number 30 after winning the latest Mixed-Match Challenge tournament. So, once the buzzer sounded for the final man to enter the bout, as expected, Little Jimmy's best friend arrived on the scene. However, Jax soon made it clear to Truth precisely What's Up when she blind-sided the rapping wrestler before he'd even got halfway down the ramp.

If that wasn't enough, Jax then inserted herself into the all-male encounter, even managing to send Mustafa Ali home early after the SmackDown Live star had slugged it out for 30 minutes straight. Just when it looked like she was set to hijack the bout completely, however, Jax would surreally get her comeuppance at the hands of Rey Mysterio, Dolph Ziggler and Randy Orton in one of the most bizarre exchanges you're ever likely to see in this annual highlight.

She may not have won either matches she was a part of, but Jax undoubtedly made her mark at the 2019 event. Shame the same can't be said for poor ol' R-Truth, though...
