This was similar to the Chris Jericho interview in that Jon Moxley didn't necessarily cut a blowaway promo, though his words were entertaining, delivered with character, and kept the Brian Cage storyline simmering away.

The AEW World Champion called him a what-you-see-is-what-you-get guy. When he says something, it means he's gonna do it, and he could feel Cage's ligaments and tendons snapping when he locked him in an armbar last week. 'The Machine' was heading for another six months on the shelf until Taz made the right call and threw in the towel, though Moxley was still disappointed. Next time, he said, he wasn't letting go.
