If a fan poll was done on what type of match The Undertaker should have for his final send-off, the Casket Match would be high up on the list. 

Casket (and coffin) matches have been around for decades, beginning in the 70s, well before The Undertaker rolled around, but their use today is almost synonymous with 'Taker and Kane. As a result, they don't happen very often, but the likes of Shawn Michaels, The Big Show, Yokozuna, and CM Punk have all faced off with The Undertaker in them.

In fact, it was Yokozuna vs. The Undertaker that essentially gave us the modern casket match, where the lid simply must be closed (but the casket not completely sealed), although The Phenom had actually used the match type earlier, against Kamala.
