12 Ways The Undertaker's Last Ride Could Go Down

10. I Quit Match

If you want a way for The Undertaker to end his career and be written off of the event schedule (but still have a chance to come back in a TV only, non-wrestling capacity) then an I Quit match could be the way to go.

Of course, for that to work he'd have to actually lose his final match, and that seems unlikely at this point. While it's generally favourable to have a a wrestler on his way out put over some younger talent, 'Taker is such an icon that a loss in his last match is unnecessary (and could actually hurt his legacy after having had his 'Mania streak snapped).

However, this type of match has had some great success over the years with the likes of Foley, The Rock, and Flair involved - so while it's not your typical Dead Man gimmick match, it could get very interesting. Especially if the WWE opts to work an angle where the losing wrestler doesn't actually say "I quit," similar to Rock/Foley.
