The head of talent relations at the time of the Cowboy Bob incident was John Laurinaitis. Upon getting backstage, Undertaker made sure to also put a world of heat on him. That heat only exploded further when it emerged that Johnny Ace had actually known about Cowboy Bob's condition... and still let him go out there and work! Undertaker put major heat on Johnny Ace, and there were even rumours that he was going to lose his job over the incident. The heat ended up spreading through the locker room, to the point where several wrestlers were unhappy with Laurinaitis' handling of the situation. In the years since, blood has been banned in WWE.
