Little surprise that 'Big Match John' cracks the top ten, but the statistic is even more impressive when viewed against the mammoth number of encounters he's had since bursting onto the main roster in 2002.

Running the numbers on 'The Champ' in general makes for an incredible return. Cena's worked 1330 times since his famous debut against Kurt Angle, averaging out at around 78 matches a year. His biggest years will dwarf that figure too, when held against his recent part-time returns with the organisation.

Winning over 1000 matches in his career plays to the 'Super Cena' tag he's held for much of his career, but the longer said stint lasts the more it feels like a reward. For well over a decade, Cena was everything he'd famously touted himself as in a legendary series of verbal scuffles with The Rock.

His workrate was always debatable, but his physical efforts during his peak years were inarguable.
