6. Finn Bálor (SummerSlam)

What Was It: Mild-mannered Finn Bálor reverted to what brought him to the dance by re-airing the popular 'Demon' gimmick for a 90-second squash of Baron Corbin at SummerSlam. In the process, he looked every bit the star he did when bagging the Universal Title two years before.

Why It Was Cool: It's cool any time Bálor brings back the demonic presence of his tasseled menace. Fans in Brooklyn were also right up for it, probably because they'd been fearing the monotony of a straight-up 10-minute Finn vs. Corbin bout that would have been the drizzling sh*ts.

Instead of being put to sleep, the Barclays Center came alive as the 'Demon' elegantly contorted his way to the ring then put Corbin in his place. Even without the match, seeing Bálor in his form again was fun. If only he was this cool without the bells and whistles.
