13 Things We Learned From Dark Side Of The Ring: Ludvig Borga
6. The Other Tattoo Nobody Talked About
Tony had some eh...other ink on his body that caught attention.
His ex-wife Deedee mentioned that Halme had a tattoo saying, "EXIT ONLY" right above his rear end. The ever-outspoken Jim Cornette, in particular, couldn't fathom that this was actually true. He came away with some line: “When you’re a man that size, do you really need to have written instructions for people not to f**k you in the a**?”. Deedee still has no clue why he got the tattoo, or what it actually signified, but Cornette suggests it was likely “anti-homosexual”.
That'd compute with some other aspects of Tony's life, especially his comments once he fell into politics. Generally, the dude just seemed like an unsavoury individual who showed a complete lack of tolerance for others whilst demanding they respect him. That was never going to fly forever. Saying that, was there really any need to get the words "EXIT ONLY" tattooed where he did?!
Cornette was the only talking head other than Deedee who responded to it. VICE missed a trick by not asking for JR's opinion, or seeing what Tony's good mate Christer thought about all of this. Perhaps they declined to comment and didn't want to go near that subject.
It isn't made clear exactly when Halme had this inked on his body either. It's doubtful he had it during his WWF run, because most wrestling fans would've heard about that by now (just like the depressing SS thing). His Ludvig Borga character wore a singlet that covered his lower back anyway.
