WWE has a ton of work ahead of them if they want to sell out the Alamodome for the 2017 Royal Rumble, but to get the hype started, they've released the first poster for the event, which appears to reveal a few of the likely entrants in the match.

If we take out the women for now on the poster (as only three women have ever been in the match, though with the emphasis on the division that could certainly change), we're given 13 entrants: Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, Big E, T.J. Perkins, Kevin Owens, A.J. Styles, Bray Wyatt, Chris Jericho, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, John Cena and Randy Orton.

While you could perhaps see Charlotte in the match, it seems highly doubtful that the company would enter Bayley and Nikki Bella into the fold. We'll have to see!

Also interesting of note, is that Brock Lesnar is not featured anywhere on the poster. While his dates are incredibly limited, it would be surprising if he wasn't on the show at all, as he is one of the keys to having any chance of selling out the 70,000 seat stadium.

Of course, this could all change. We don't know what shot at the title will be the grand prize in the match, so perhaps champions A.J. Styles and Kevin Owens would not be entered (if they're still holding their titles come January). Then there's always injuries and booking changes to take into consideration, but for now you can likely expect these names to have their names drawn for the Rumble.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW.
