9. Ed €œToo Tall€ Jones

Super Bowls: X, XII, XIII WrestleMania: II WrestleMania II set the bar for NFL personalities participating in a sports entertainment event, with six players taking part in a 20-man NFL versus WWF battle royal. But that wasn€™t the end of NFL involvement in Mania, with football players serving as referees on the outside of the ring during the battle royal. One of those football players/refs was Ed €œToo Tall€ Jones, a Dallas Cowboys defensive end who played in three Super Bowls in the 1970s, winning Super Bowl XII in 1978. Interestingly, Jones spent some time in a squared circle, leaving football for a year to box professionally.
