13. A Serious Sit-Down - 5.9.02

To promote their first ever singles match at Unforgiven, The Next Big Thing (accompanied by Paul Heyman) and Big Evil had a good old-fashioned sit-down interview, moderated by Smackdown GM Stephanie McMahon. Brock began proceedings by listing all of his accomplishments, pointing out the fact that he had just wiped the floor with Randy Orton and put over his youth before asking 'Taker how old he was. 'Taker was quick to point out that Brock was impressive but inexperienced and threatened to bust him up. Heyman, not happy with how the conversation was going, interjected and brought up Undertaker's family situation (his wife Sara was pregnant at the time). Undertaker sternly told Heyman to keep it to business, but Lesnar's advocate didn't take the hint, saying that if anything should happen to Undertaker at the hands of Lesnar, that he personally would take care of his 'lovely wife' Sara but refused to take care of his unborn child. 'Taker flipped the table, pushed Stephanie out of the way and had an intense staredown with Lesnar. It was simple but very effective stuff, with 'Taker and especially Heyman on top form.
