The NXT Women's division continues to embarrass the opposition with its embarrassment of riches, with Shirai using her post-match promo time to add herself to the list of contenders for Shayna Baszler's crown.
Bantering off last week's challengers Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair, the 'Joshi Judas' tried to put herself back at the front of the queue before the former NXT UK Champion made her way out to reminder of the potential pecking order.
This is All. So. Good. In just two weeks, NXT have established a minimum of four credible challengers and about three different ways to cut down the field. Baszler's time on top has triggered a host of top-level TakeOver matches, but this might be the strongest the underneath offering have been during her entire tenure.
