14 Ups & 0 Downs From Last Night's WWE NXT (Oct 16)

7. The NeverEnding Story

Keith Lee Dominik Dijakovic
WWE.com

Your writer would welcome Dominik Dijakovic and Keith Lee fighting every single week if the former's name wasn't so f*cking hard to type every time, but the stress headache from the spellchecker has nothing on the punishment these two seem to enjoy enduring against one another.

Lacking an explosiveness of their last encounter, this was actually slightly smarter - perhaps in response to the off-kilter Twitter digs by The Revival and Buddy Murphy. In truth, they needn't have worried about those dissenting voices - the two know each other, know how to nearly kill each other, and know how to leave crowds breathless by the end.

An end deprived by Roderick Strong, the absolute piece of sh*t, who decked them both to trigger a disqualification and avoid a title defence. The triple threat solution from Regal was predictable, but kudos to the booking for still keeping Lee/Dijakovic all tied up.
